Auto Insurance Claims Process
Has anyone had experience with Sam Goodman's lawyer in Metro Detroit in an insurance claim car accident?

My mother is 71 years and was involved in an auto accident that was'nt your fault. Her car is totaled and bruises, to my knowledge. Would you recommend this lawyer. I do not know what do anything but call the insurance company otherwise. Other people tell me they need a lawyer. However, I am not seeking a long process. I just want the problems resolved.

Why is everyone wants a lawyer? I have not had any experience with Goodman. Want to check the Michigan BAR Assoc. to see what his record is. Whatever you do, do not use Bo, that personal experience. When my father was alive, always called Bernstein. Sam Bernstein was good in a variety of issues, not sure about current practices, however. You can not always go with what 'people say' that sometimes we just have to do soul-searching. I hope your mother is fine. Accidents are one thing I want to spend and do not know when our turn in the barrel. As for the insurance aspect, what type of coverage has Mom? Normally the insurance company will be responsible for costs, if there is full coverage, and most of the medical bills. Get a lawyer can if necessary, but it will cost about a third of whatever award is made, if any. What "issues" are you looking to solve?
