Auto Insurance Lapse
I had an auto insurance lapse and had to surrender my plates.?
The NYS DMV tells me that even if I have insurance now can not register this or any car in my name until February 2009 when my suspension is over. He appealed the length of the suspension, but without success so far. Does anyone know of a way that could prevent this?
Yes, in future, do not let your insurance lapse and terminate the registration suspended.
