I want a company that offers a good balance between: Issue 1 – Excellent-service-If-I-Have-An-Accident [fast, easy and painless, friendly, helpful, generous benefits] Issue 2 – Premiums reasonable [modest (or at least fair) increases the rate of accidents] Issue 3 – Excellent overall service is the price leader – hopefully not the most expensive, either – but a good company with fair prices and great customer service reputation before * and * after an accident. Currently I have Farmers Insurance and I had no problems, but then I have had no accidents. But recently a credible, reliable friend of mine has had a * very * bad experience with farmers and I wonder what company should change a. I know that the premiums will depend on a lot of factors, I just want some general recommendations for good companies based on personal experience.
